Uniform flow ESP is a new, stable and high efficient technology, which the company obtains independent intellectual property rights (patent no: ZL 201510155007.5). This technology comes from our company's technical advantages in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), with the help of large supercomputing workstation, the electric field and flow field of the existing ESP are optimized and simulated, and the optimal anode plate structure and the plate-pole matching mode are proposed, which greatly improves the performance of the ESP. It is applicable to new construction and transformation projects with multiple complex working conditions.
Features:
1) Handling dust with high specific resistance and high ash content.
2) Solve the problem of improving the efficiency of the original ESP which is designed to have a smaller specific dust collection area, a higher wind speed and no space to increase the specific dust collection area.
3) Adopt the design method of overall flow field optimization and local electric field structure optimization, low investment, and the dust removal effect is significantly improved in short time, thus saving the overall investment and meet the emission standards.
4) The effective dust collection area of the integrated transparent anode plate is 1.3 times that of the traditional anode plate.
5) High efficiency dust collection principle: as the initial distance between the charged dust and the electrode plate becomes closer, the point charge force F on the charged particles is 100 times larger than that of the conventional electrostatic precipitator, greatly increasing the approach speed, which can more effectively capture the fine dust with high specific resistance.
