The construction of a large fully automatic cleaning ship adopts a three bar design, corresponding to the front collection compartment, middle storage compartment, and rear storage and unloading compartment. A large operation room is built above the middle storage compartment, which is equipped with an integrated operation platform. The captain can control the entire ship for construction from inside. During construction, our cleaning ship uses a hydraulic system to control the hydraulic cylinder to lower the front collection compartment below the water surface. The bottom shear at the front end starts working under the drive of the hydraulic motor. Its main function is to cut the roots of the water grass. There are two circular saw blades on both sides of our collection compartment, which rotate quickly under the drive of the hydraulic motor. The sharp saw blades are the key to cutting horizontally growing water grass. Not only can it quickly cut off the branches and vines, but it can also clear the path for our cleaning boat to move forward, The saw blade and bottom shear cooperate to carry out the first step of cutting and collecting work. Next to the bottom shear is the collection chain in the front compartment. Driven by the motor, the collection chain starts to rotate and transports the already cut water grass to the storage compartment to complete the collection work. When the water grass or floating objects fill the middle and rear compartments with materials, our ship can sail to the shore for unloading. When unloading, the hydraulic system drives the oil cylinder to lift the rear unloading compartment high, and the chain in the rear compartment starts to run quickly to unload the water grass or floating objects to the shore. This completes the work, and our cleaning boat is then driven back to the construction site for cyclic
construction.
