| Q3. How do you guarantee the quality of your products? |
| A3:Our products meet CE,RoHS ETL certifications and our factory has ISO9001 TUV certification,it's worth your choice. |
| Q4:Can you offer customized service? |
| A4:Yes,you can customize your logo, packaging, products and so on.But the quantity of each customized order should reach the MOQ. |
| Q5. How do you ship the sample and how long does it take to arrive? | |
| A5: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive. | |
| Q6.How do you control the quality? |
| A6:We will make sample before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production.The QC department will do 100% inspection in production,then carry out spot check before packing. |

| A7: Need about 7-10 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks depend on order quantity. |
