Waste PET Bottles Crushing Washing Recycling Line
This washing recycling line's function is to separate PET bottles to flakes from PE/ PP label, cap, oil, garbage, protect the environment, avoid white pollution.

The whole pet bottle washing line is researched, designed and manufactured by our company, integration of Europe technology, it has features as high efficiency, stable working, large capacity etc. Final product has good quality, low humidity content(less than 2%) and less impurities(less 400PPM ). We use good quality on our machine(SUS-304, more than 3mm thickness) ensures whole production equipment long service life time.

PET Washing Line can make dirty PET bottles into clean PET flake
1. This PET bottles recycling washing line can turn PET waste bottles to clean PET flakes
2. The materials are waste PET bottles with dirt.
3. Can remove labels and plastic caps totally.
4. Can wash glue totally.
5. All contract water parts are made of 304 stainless steel
For PE PP Film Bags and other plastic, we also could offer complete crushing and washing line. The machine could crush, wash and dry the film to get small clean scraps. Then we could use the washed material to make plastic granules.
Service:
1. We could send engineers to the buyer's factory for installation instruction, commissioning and training service at buyer's cost.
2. Our machine has 12 month guarantee since the installation in buyer's factory. During the guarantee time, if any parts (except the easy damaging parts) are damaged under normal operation, we will offer free spare parts. After the guarantee time, we will offer the spare parts with cost price.
3. If the buyer have any problem during the operation, we will offer technical solutions.
