Introduction:
Rotary kiln waste incineration system is one of the best way to treat all kinds of wastes harmlessly.Its core equipment - rotary kiln belongs to rotary tube equipment. The rotarytube is lined with firebrick and rotates at a low speed. With a certain slope to the level, the material inside the tube moves slowly along the axis while tumbling in the circumferential direction during the rotation.Due to the continuous rolling and mixing of materials in the whole process of movement, all materials in the kiln can be guaranteed to completely burn.Due to high efficiency permormance, the rotary kiln incineration system is the most important system for the treatment of industrial hazardous waste.
Application:
Our rotary kilns are widely used indealing all kinds of solid, liquid and gas wastes, including industrial wastes, chemical wastes, pharmaceutical wastes, medical wastes, contaminated soil, radioactive substances and sludge etc.
Waste incineration system:
The disposal of waste incineration system in rotary kiln varies according to the type of waste treated, mainly consists of:
1. Feeding system
The feeding system is mainly used to feed waste into the tube of rotary kiln. On one hand, it can control the feeding speed; on the other hand, it can prevent the high-temperature flue gas from escaping from the tube.The feeding system includes solid waste feeder, liquid waste pumping system and gas injection system
2. Rotary kiln
Through the slow rotation of the rotary kiln, on one hand, it can remove water and volatile waste, on the other hand, the combustible components of waste can be burnt out. By adjusting speed, temperature and excess air quantity of rotary kiln, the best incineration effect can be obtained.
3. The second combustion chamber
In order to make the harmful ingredients thoroughly decomposed and meet the emission requirements, the auxiliary burner and air supply device will be installed on the secondary combustion chamber to control the temperature of 1000 ~ 1200 ÂșCand keep the residence time of exhaust gas in the secondary combustion chamber more than 2 seconds.In the meanwhile, the ash from waste combustion and large particles of dust in the exhaust gas fall into the tank at the bottom of the secondary combustion chamber,which are discharged by the slag dredger.The removal rate of harmful components in the secondary combustion chamber can be more than 99.99%.
4. Waste heat boiler
Waste heat boilers can not only reduce the temperature of waste gas, but also generate steam for using in the plant, or used to generate electricity.
5. Exhaust gas treatment system
The exhaust gas treatment system is used to remove particulates, dioxins, furans, acidic gases and heavy metals from the exhaust gas.The design of exhaust gas treatment system depends on the type of waste and discharge requirements. The system may include: bag filter, wet dust collector, activated carbon sprayers, and hydrated lime and ammonia sprayers.
6. induced draft fan
The whole incineration system can be controlled by induced draft fan to keep the best working condition of the system
7. On-line flue gas monitoring system
By installing an online flue gas monitoring system on the chimney, the contents of CO, 02, CO2, SO2, NOX and HCL in the flue gas discharged by the incineration system can be monitored in real time.
Process flow and Control
The operation state of incineration system depends on the coordination of all equipment in the whole system.We can analyze and calculate the type and composition of waste provided by customers and finally optimize the equipmentand provide the best solutions.
Our incineration system adopts PLS-based control system that integrates equipment monitoring, safety interlocking, operation algorithms and operation records.The control system has a friendly interface and can meet the requirements of remote monitoring of the whole system.
