In order to meet the different needs of different customers, this hand-held dot peen marker model PEQD-030E was introduced. This machine supports multiple fonts including MG Font, SHX Font in Auto CAD, CHR in Borland, TTF in Windows and support logos and graphs designed in DXF format from Auto CAD, Corel Draw.The dot peen markers is LCD control type, and doesn't need work with computer. This kind of dot peen markers is convenient to carry so the dot peen markers could be used on heavy work pieces that are hard to move.
Product Features
1.The portable marking head of the dot peen markers is Perfect Laser’s original design, only with 2 Kg, portable and smart, very easy to carry.
2. The dot peen markers needle is made of high-quality imported hard alloy and molded by a precision mold at one time. The rigidity of the needle can reach HRA92, ensuring the accuracy of high-speed marking.
3. The handheld dot peen marker use the United States imports "high-frequency valve", the number of vibration can reach 0.1 to 20 million times, can ensure the long-term stable operation of the machine.
4. Adopting the "positioning switch" imported from Japan can guarantee stable performance and high precision.
5. The dot peen markers use the high-quality "linear motion guide rails" imported from Germany can realize automatic lubrication, dust prevention and wind protection, ensuring the long-term stability and high precision of the equipment.
