1.The machine tool adopts the German Siemens 828D SL or Fanuc Oi-TD system, and the servo motors are all controlled by digital variables, with strong programming functions that can achieve interpolation and linkage functions.
2.Both axes are driven by servo motors with ball screws, and the transmission chain is simple and reliable, enabling seamless and high sensitivity movement.
3.The machine tool can be equipped with hydraulic film fixtures, hydraulic power chucks, etc., with high clamping accuracy and convenient loading and unloading of workpieces. The workpiece box adopts a high-precision sleeve spindle structure, which is high in accuracy and easy to maintain.
4.The workpiece spindle is driven by an AC variable frequency motor through a multi wedge belt for stepless speed regulation. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-power, high rigidity electric grinding wheel spindle, driven by a static frequency converter. The machine tool electrical box is an independent electrical box.
