4·Pattern optimization function, the software can re-optimize the fitting after analyzing the customer's original photos, making the quilting quality higher;
5·It is automatically lifted at the end of processing, and the hinge is fixed more firmly, and the quality of the quilt key is improved;
6·Off-position alarm function, automatic alarm and shutdown when the butterfly frame and the nose are off-position, to prevent collision;
7·Low air pressure alarm function, the software detects the air pressure of the quilting machine in real time to prevent unstable operation of the machine when the air pressure is insufficient;
8·Strong current disconnection alarm function, when the strong current is disconnected, the alarm prompts and clears the return to zero state to prevent the machine from deflection and tension;
9·Servo independent alarm function, directly report the fault with the same server number, which helps to quickly locate and solve the problem;
10·High quality quilting, sharp corners and no deformation;
11·Turning without slowing down, the speed of simple patterns is 5~12 seconds higher than that of the old system, and the speed of complex patterns is 30% faster;
12·The thread trimming speed is fast and stable, and the thread trimming needle speed is 300 rpm;
13·Fast moving speed, up to 12 m/min.
