Overview of single layer BOM felt :
Single-layer bottom mesh papermaking felt consists of a single-layer bottom mesh and a fiber layer. The bottom mesh layer is woven with warp and weft threads composed of nylon monofilament or monofilament ply. The organizational structure is set according to different paper machines, different use parts, and different paper types. The fiber layer has chemical fibers of different thicknesses laid in layers. It has the characteristics of good water filtration, small elongation, easy washing, light blanket marks, can effectively reduce groove marks, and long service life. It is widely used in various paper machines to produce various papers.
