XH1616 Gantry Double Column CNC Milling Machine
The XH1616 machine tool feed axis is controlled by X, Y, and Z coordinates. The three axes are driven by servo motors and can clamp various complex parts such as discs, plates, housings, cams, molds, etc. at one time, and complete various processing steps such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and tapping. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small and medium batches of parts, and can show its superiority in the processing of complex and high-precision parts.

Main structural features
1. The three axes use linear slide rails to effectively improve the cutting force and load-bearing capacity of the machine. It has high rigidity, high positioning accuracy, low noise, and low friction characteristics, and can achieve rapid displacement and the best circular accuracy;
2. The main structural castings are made of high-quality Meehanite cast iron, which has a stable structure and permanently ensures quality;
3. The castings are calculated and analyzed by computer using the finite element analysis method, and the reasonable structural strength and reinforcement ribs are matched to provide high rigidity of the machine;
