Information to be included in the CPC Certificate for normal export of Christmas trees, Santa hats and Christmas costumes to the United States:
1. Product information (name and description);
2. All laws and regulations applicable to the product;
3. Information about the importer or manufacturer (in the United States) : including name, address and telephone number;
4. Contact information of the holder of the test result file supporting the certificate: name, address, email address and telephone number;
5. Production date and address of the product, the production date must be in month and year, and the address must be in city;
6. Test time and address or certificate-based test report;
7. Information of third-party testing institutions (CPSC-approved laboratories) : name, address, contact number.
Christmas tree, Christmas hat, Christmas clothing export CPC certification process:
1. Project application -- submit UL report application to the inspection and regulatory authority.
2. Document preparation -- The enterprise shall prepare relevant certification documents according to the standard requirements.
3. Product testing -- the enterprise will send the samples to the laboratory for testing.
4. Issue the report -- the certification engineer issues the report according to the test value.
5. Submit for review -- The engineer will review the complete report.
6. Issue certificate -- Issue the test report after the report is reviewed and verified.
