Easy operation high efficiency double needle bar machine with touch screen interface are mainly used at upholstery and technical textile fields for the production of thick and volume fabric , e.g. flannel, mink blanket, high pile, spacer, shoe material, pantyhose etc. The electric controlled system makes the operation efficient and accurate. By the adjusting of trick plate distance, the different thickness of the fabric can be quickly received.
The individual latch needle system and needle block system are available and changeable. Special designed sample machine make the sampling work become fast and convenient. The application of Jacquard bar at double raschel machine makes the designer has more space to created new fashion.
We make double needle bar machine from 4bar to 8bar with wide width range from 42 inch to 190 inch. The concept of our double needle bar machine is based on easy operation and high efficiency. Touch screen interface can record all the production data and fabric parameter which can be transferred via internet for better production management.
