Product Description

SJ series Single Screw Extruder has adopted frequency control and can effectively reduce power consumption of transmission process via direct connection ways of motor and reduction gearbox. The screw uses separated type with mixer head way that may strengthen the shear action of material, improve plasticizing effect. This extruder is with good stability and lower power consumption.

The function and working principle of plastic extruder machine
Extruder is a common equipment for industrial production, widely used in plastic processing, fiber manufacturing, food processing and other fields. The main function of the extruder is to make plastic products with strong plasticity and stable performance through multiple steps such as high-temperature melting, extrusion and cooling molding.
The working principle of the extruder is that the plastic particles or sheets are heated to the melting point and then fed into the feed port of the machine, and the cylinder is extruded by a high-speed rotating screw, and the pressure control and other parameters are added at the same time. Then through the design and adjustment of the die head, the plastic cylinder is extruded into plastic products of various shapes and sizes.
