Direct introduction of aggregates can exert substantial impact forces on these components, accelerating wear and tear. This non-productive wear diminishes the service life of the concrete mixer. Boost Production Efficiency
The strategic placement of intermediate silos in concrete mixing plants is primarily driven by the observation that aggregate batching often surpasses the speed of powder and water batching. Predominantly seen in large-scale mixing plants, these silos enable a harmonious production flow. Conversely, smaller mixing plants employing hopper elevators operate without intermediate silos, allowing aggregates to rest in the lifting hopper. Introducing aggregates first can hinder the uniform mixing of concrete, extending the mixing cycle and diminishing overall efficiency.
