1,Short-cycle melamine lamination hot press
We could produce all kinds of hot pressing machine, widely used in wood processing, building materials and decoration...etc. The short-cycle melamine lamination hot press is suitable for the melamined processing of particle board, MDF, melamine impregnated paper and high density laminated flooring ACP wear-resisting paper.Variety specification includes 4*8, 4*9, 5*8, 5*9, 6*8, 6*9, 7*9, 6*12...etc.
1. The main frame is welded by good quality NO1 standard steel plate, good design of frame and structure, strong rigidity, and ensure high pressure.
2. PLC control system is made by good quality hydraulic unit, fast press, accurate press, high efficiency.
3. The hydraulic circuit is composed of integrated blocks and compact in structure, ensuring accurate and reliable action of the system.
4. The steam system is designed as a "double entering and double exiting" arrangement to ensure even temperature distribution in hot platens.
5. Low motor power, power-free falling of hot platens save power consumption and decrease pre-production cost.
6. Hot press is the main equipment for plywood, blockboard, bamboo plywood, decorative and fancy plywood. For multipurpose and wide application in wood-based panel industry,specially for plywood manufacture.
