Product Description
Machine description:
1.According to the customer's local water testing report ,we adopt different water treatment equipment to filter drinking water of pure water or mineral water,etc.
2.This water treatment equipment includes raw water tank, raw water pump,silica sand filter, active carbon filter, ion exchanger, high pressure pump,precision filter, Reverse Osmosis,Ozone generator sterilizer,UV, Mixing oxidizing tower,water pump, water storage tank, connection pipes.
3.The raw water tank is made of SUS304 or PP material. Raw water pump provide the pressure to silica sand filter/active carbon filter. 4.Silica Sand filter get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on. Active carbon filter remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so onion exchanger preventany deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane.
5.The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended
matter,impurity.
6.High pressure pump Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 MPa).RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate.
7.Can reach as high as 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria's, particles and 98% of organic. It adopts the stainless steel filter membrane.Ozone sterilizer or UV sterilizer is for killing the organism bad to health.
