High and Low Temperature Test Chamber
The battery high and low temperature test box developed and produced by our company can simulate normal temperature and low temperature environment. It is a special equipment with special requirements for comprehensive universities and high-tech enterprises to carry out energy saving and environmental protection, high performance battery testing and research and development projects. It ensures the strict environment of the battery when testing parameters such as current and voltage: no vibration, dry and low humidity, constant temperature test.
I. Box structure features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, with beautiful appearance and easy operation.
2. The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer liner of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
3. The large-area window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and the inside of the box can be clearly observed by using the three-layer tempered glass embedded in the heating element.
4. The left side of the box is equipped with standard test holes (40 channels), which can be used for external test lines.
II. Test box control system
Using balanced constant temperature control system (BTHC), programmable touch screen ultra-fuzzy P.I.D + S.S.R. microcomputer integrated controller, with stable performance, high precision, simple operation.
III. Test box refrigeration and air circulation system
1. The refrigeration unit adopts "Taikang" air-cooled hermetic compressor imported from France.
2. The refrigerant adopts environmentally friendly green (HFC) R404a, R23, zero pollution.
3. The strong circulation of the centrifugal blower can make the temperature distribution in the test area even.
4. The heating and cooling systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency and reduce failure rate.
