Process from grape press machine :
1) picking conveyor:separate bad grap from fresh ones.
2) elevating conveyor:transport frsh graps to following.
3) grape crusher: remove grape stem and crush grape,then transport them to press machine.
4) grape press:get crude wine,and dried waste.
5) Filter:get fine wine for drinking.

capacity: 1.5-50t/h fresh grapes with stem.

machine show:
1) picking conveyor:
Need some workers to put fresh grape getting from tree on this, when it transport grapes forwar, remove bad ones which would effect final wine tasty.
2) Elevating conveyor:
It's used to transport picker grapes to teh crusher.
3) grape press machine
There is a spiked bat under the feeding port, which separate grapes from their stem,also a screen around the bat, grapes come out from screen for crushing, stem is out from the discharging port. After crushing,using the screw pump transport the pulp to press.
4) grapes press machine :
This machine is composed of inside screw and outside fine screen, when transporting the pulp forward,the materails is pressed, wine is out of the screen, waste is transported forwarder to discharging port. waste moisture could reach 60% from maybe 200%.
5) wine filter
Wine from press machine is with some grape trester, there is very fne screen inside the machine, many layers, though the screen, trester left on the screen, fine wine come out.
Finally you could get fresh and delicous grape wine.
