QK series pipe thread lathes are mainly developed for the turning ofoil field pipe threads, suitable for the turning of various pipe threads also,it can be used as an ordinary CNC lathe with a semi-closed oop control system, which is suitable for processing of shats, sleeves anddiscs parts with complex shapes, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, inner and outer conical surfaces, arc surfaces,endsurfaces,grooving,chamfering,threading,etc.System function introduction:
1.The vstem can process continuous revolving bodies taken various curves as generatrix.The processing resolution is 0.001mm.
2.lt can process cylindricaland tapered threads, as well as continuous connecting threads between the cylinder and tapered surtaces,and end threads.
3.With automatic toolcompensation function.
4. With blank circulation,processing thread circulation, grooving circulation, etc.
5. The zero points of the workpiece coordinate system can be set arbitrarily, and the operation is very convenient

QKP1212 spindle speed is manual 3 gears shifting and hydraulic automatic 6 gears shifting, with a total of 16 levels of speed change.
The QKP series come with hydraulic automatic 4 gears shifting and infinitely variable speeds within each gear.
QKP1212/QKP1219/QKP1223 equips standard manual talstock,QKP1226/1235 equips standard motor-driven tailstock.
QKP1212 equips two 3-jaw manualself-centering chucks:/QKP1219/0KP1223 and QKP1226/1235 are with standard front4-jawmanualindependent chuck and rear 3-jaw manual self-centering chuck.
Otional accessories are available, such as steady ret, follow rest, chip conveyor, air conditioner for electrical cabinet,etc.
