UPVC Screw of Injection Mold Machine

Product Description

(UPVC)Polyvinyl chloride is amorphous. UPVC pipe temperature:160-190 ºC. Mold temperature:40-60 ºC. Drying temperature:80 ºC×2hs. Injection pressure:700-1500 kg/cm2. Density:1.4 g/cm3. Forming shrinkage :0.1-0.5% Thickness:2.0-50.mm (24 h). water absorption:0.1-0.4% Melt softening point:89 ºC.Distortion temperature:70 ºC.
So UPVC screw is special with other injection mold machine screw. It is completed without check;sealing element. Screw head is directlly milled together with screw flights section. There is a air discharge duct which can release the air.Also, we add the mixed flight to improve the plasticizing capability.
