Technical parameters
Casting ability Yuchai owns the largest engine castings manufacturing base in Asia, with a total investment more than RMB 1 billion. Yuchai adopts advanced casting equipment and process from Germany. It can manufacture 780,000 castings for engine body and 750,000 castings for cylinder head each year
Machining ability Yuchai owns 25 processing lines of engine parts, which are used to process key engine parts such as cylinder block, cylinder head, crankshaft and camshaft. Yuchai can process 870,000 engine bodies and 900,000 cylinder heads each year
Trial Manufacturing ability
Assembling ability Yuchai owns 11 engine assembly lines and 169 test-run benches, including 20 test-run benches for gas engines. Yuchai meets both assembling and testing requirements for diesel engines (light, medium, heavy and large sizes) and gas engines
