Product Description
Tempered glass is made by heating ordinary glass to its softening point and then suddenly cooling down to form compression in the surface layer of the glass, which processing make full tempered glass above 4 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness.
Characteristics:
1. Safety: once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into tiny harmless pieces
2. High strength: above 4 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness
3. Strong wind resistance: 1.5-3 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness
4. Excellence thermal stability, which can withstand 300℃ abrupt change of temperature

Wood crate:
Fastness, burliness, easy and security to put and fetch pieces, every crate/box is loaded around 2.5 tons. Which is applicated in the area of loading and discharge equipment imperfect and labor cost lowered.
End cap:
Beautiful appearance, opening easily, every crate/box is loaded with around 2 tons. Which is applicated in the area of higher mechanization and labor cost.
Moisture-proof paper or powder with plastic film:
There are moisture-proof paper or powder between every two pieces of glass, every crate/box’s inner side is closed completely with plastic film, which can prevent water and mildew.
Metal band:
The crate/box are fasted with high quality metal band outer, it is safely while loading and discharging for train, truck and container transport.
Note:
Fumigation with marks are available according to clients’ requirement. Rocky well-trained team were set up more than 10 years, in order to improve container loading to prevent possible breakage and reduce risk of long-distance ocean and inland transportation.
