High Capacity EPS/EPE/Epo/XPS Foam Crushing Machine with Two Rotors

Product Description

The foam crushing machine works with a long conveying belt to convey the materials into hopper to crush them.The crushed materials will be blowed into big silo for further process.
There are two horizontal shafts installed inside hopper by left and right layout.
The conveyor is belt type and it is 4000mm length at default.

The foam crushing machine feed by belt type conveyor,so it can continuously feed and crush,it can greatly increase the crushing capacity and users always install big silo to store the crushed pieces.
2) Smaller size output scraps As there are two crushing shafts inside of crushing machine body,they are side by side to work,the foam will be crushed twice,it can output smaller size scraps than single shaft foam crushing machine.
3) Safety The belt type conveyor can be improving safety for operator when feeding materials,people are more and more pay attetion to safety in some countries.The belt can keep works away from crushing shafts which may be dangerous to workers.
