Product Description

The forming principle of film blowing system is that material have been melt and quantitative extrusion by the film blowing die in the single screw extruder ,Then through ring cooling wind, blowing the herringbone plate, traction roller, coiling roller,Eventually made into film.
Desktop film blowing machine needs to be used together with the Desktop single screw extruder, which can save more materials and time in the laboratory
Correct mold eccentricity : the material added to the feed hopper, when the temperature of the districts all reach the set value when start the motor torque observation experiments at the same time, when the material flows from blown film die, observe the flow velocity in all directions, remember the position at fast speed, stop the motor, loosen screw mould upper end fixed die, adjusting the mold around four top silk, slightly loosen the first fast speed wire across the top, top tight again fast speed on the side of the top silk, after the completion of the adjustment, twist screws fixed die;
