Steel Slag Comprehensive Recycling Line According to the production features of the different steel manufacturing enterprises, ATAIRAC had developed "Dry method" and "Wet Method" comprehensive recycle equipment respectively. The production capacity could be 300,000 tons - 2,000,000 tons per year.

Steel Slag Comprehensive Recycle Production Line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, cone crusher, rod mill, ZM autogenous grinder and so on.

Product Features This magnetic steel slag washing, ball milling, magnetic separation, purifying comprehensive recycle equipment not only realizes the water recycle, but also improves the grade of steel slag (TFe>90%),the steel slag grade is 55%. The steel slag goes through ball press machine and returns to sintering plant and used as the substitute of partial limestone. The moisture content of the tailing is quite low so that the slag could be piled up and used for baking-free bricks or road water permeable bricks. Dry Method steel slag recycling process doesn't need to consume valuable water resource. After crushing, roller milling and magnetic separation process, the steel slag turns into two grades of steel scraps, which contains 55% Fe through autogenously grinding. The iron content of -5~10mm tailing steel slag is below 2%. Through sedimentation treatment, the slag could be used as dry slag mortar or used for cement making, steel slag micro powder.

Answer: The date of delivery is about 40 days. The date of delivery will be extended if the stone production line is too big or the clients have some special requirement.

3. How long is the guarantee period of your company's production line?
Answer: The guarantee period of our company's equipment is 13 months. Wear resistance parts and problem coursed by worker's unsuitable operation are not included.

4. What's the after sale service of your company?
Answer: The construction drawings of foundation will be supplied for our clients. What's more, we will supply installation service, workers training service, etc.

5. Can you supply wear resistance parts for us?
Answer: Of course we can supply. We have two our own casting factories and We can supply enough wear resistance parts for our clients in order to guarantee machine operation.
